Welcome To L&L Design Builders
L & L Design Builders Inc. is a metal stud framing, drywall & acoustical ceiling contractor focused in commercial construction in the Denver Metro area. With the ability to complete new construction and remodel projects of varying sizes and difficulties, we have been successfully completing new projects for our clients since 1999.
Through our experiences in past years, we have built relationships with many local area general contactors, developers, architects, management companies & consultants. We feel that these relationships give us a decided edge over the competition, which allows us to maintain the highest level of quality. Based on our track record in the industry, we are able to maintain a staff of highly skilled tradesmen to complete projects more economically and effectively.
Years Experience
We use the latest digital on-screen plan takeoff & estimating software. We are fully licensed in all of the necessary municipalities in the Denver metro area, and we carry the necessary insurance with $5M in general liability insurance coverage.
We maintain a field staff of 70 to 120 framers, drywallers, finishers & acoustical ceiling installers. Our office staff consists of our owner Larry Ligon, office manager Amy Wahl, and our estimators & project managers: Tim Atkins, Sergio Terrazas & Scott Cray.
Last year we completed 125 jobs of various sizes, anywhere from a few hundred dollars to over a million dollars in size. We can bond individual projects of $2,500,000 and an aggregate work program of $5,000,000.
As a company, our goal is to provide clients with the best service at a reasonable cost for all of you framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling needs in the Denver area. The team that we have assembled will be capable of providing you with a very high quality finished product in the most efficient manner possible.
