We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to L & L Design Builders, Inc. We are a Denver, Colorado based commercial metal stud framing, drywall & acoustical ceiling contractor. I would like to present to you our core values and beliefs, and would like the opportunity to earn your business.

L & L Design Builders Inc. is a metal stud framing, drywall & acoustical ceiling contractor focused in commercial construction in the Denver Metro area. With the ability to complete new construction and remodel projects of varying sizes and difficulties, we have been successfully completing new projects for out clients since 1999. Thought our experiences in past years, we have built relationships with many local area general contactors, developers, architects, management companies & consultants. We feel that these relationships give us a decided edge over the competition, which allows us to maintain the highest level of quality. Based on our track record in the industry, we are able to maintain a staff of highly skilled tradesmen to complete projects more economically and effectively.

We maintain a field staff of 70 to 90 framers, drywallers, finishers & acoustical ceiling installers. Our office staff consists of our owner Larry Ligon, office manager Amy Wahl, and our estimators & project managers: Tim Atkins, Sergio Terrazas & Scott Cray. We use the latest digital on-screen plan takeoff & estimating software. We are fully licensed in all of the necessary municipalities in the Denver metro area, and we carry the necessary insurance with $5M in general liability insurance coverage. We completed $6.8M in commercial metal framing, drywall & acoustical ceiling work last year and are on track to continue that pace. Last year we completed 125 jobs of various sizes, anywhere from a few hundred dollars to over a million dollars in size.

As a company, our goal is to provide clients with the best service at a reasonable cost for all of you framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling needs in the Denver area. The team that we have assembled will be capable of providing you with a very high quality finished product in the most efficient manner possible. Our focus on surpassing our client's expectations is facilitated through excellent customer service, detailed and complete project estimates, accurate scheduling, job safety and effective communication with our clients.
